This policy explains how [GulfShore Social LLC] (“GulfShore Social,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses and protects information when you visit our website, request a consultation, or work with us as a client. We are based in Naples, Florida.
Information we collect
Information you give us
- Consultation requests: your name, business name and type, email address, phone number, Instagram handle, website, goals, availability and any notes you include.
- Direct contact: anything you send us by email.
- Clients: billing details handled by our payment processor, brand materials, photos, and the access you grant us to your social media and business accounts.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our site and hosting provider may record basic technical information such as your browser type, device, pages visited and approximate location. If we use analytics tools, they may use cookies or similar technologies to help us understand how the site is used.
How we use information
- To respond to your inquiry and schedule a consultation.
- To provide our services, including planning, creating, publishing and reporting on content for clients.
- To send invoices and process payments.
- To improve our website and services.
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information.
How we share information
We share information only with service providers that help us run the business, such as our website host, form and email providers, scheduling tools, payment processor and social media management software. These providers may use the information only to perform services for us. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.
Client accounts and content
When you give us access to your social media or business accounts, we use that access only to provide the services you’ve asked for. You keep ownership of your accounts and can remove our access at any time. We use AI-assisted tools in parts of our workflow, and every post is reviewed by a person and approved by you before it is published.
How long we keep information
We keep consultation requests for up to [24] months unless you become a client or ask us to delete them. Client records are kept for as long as needed to provide services and meet tax and legal requirements.
